By far, the biggest identified need in Haiti is CLEAN WATER!
The need for clean water is so great that it is impacting almost area of their lives.
The world poverty index list 147 countries that lack clean water – Haiti Ranks 147.
Less than 1% of Haiti’s natural resources are currently being used.
60% of Haitians do not have access to clean water.
As a result, CHOLERA is the #1 leading cause of infant mortality and child illness.
All of the people living there have no convenient clean water source. They walk great distances to retrieve water from a natural spring and must carry it back in containers.
Imagine not having water.
Many of us take for granted just going to a sink and making a glass of water, or taking a long hot shower.
To alleviate the suffering we embarked on a well drilling project.
